• Connected Worker Devices: Technicians were equipped with Realwear HMT-1 devices, providing them with a hands-free, voice-controlled interface for remote collaboration.
• Supervisor Interface: Supervisors utilized iPads, allowing them to remain mobile while having instant, high-definition access to the technician's perspective.
