As a Technical Delivery Lead , you will:
➢ Be taking ownership for creating and managing our product roadmap and product development
process.
➢ Work with the CTO to translate the product roadmap into a development schedule and optimizing our ways of working.
➢ Be responsible for day-2-day tactical delivery.
➢ Be responsible for project managing how we scope and design new features, products, and use cases.
➢ Identify ways to automate processes to increase value for our customers.
➢ Work with the latest smart glasses and other wearable devices
➢ Gain a broader understanding of trends in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and field services verticals that impact product development.
To be successful in this role you will:
➢ Have experience of working as a Technical Delivery Lead in a technology business, ideally in B2B
enterprise SaaS.
➢ Be experienced in coordinating engineering teams to define requirements, priorities for
development and work through conflicting priorities.
➢ Possess a good understanding of both the technical and commercial impact of product
development requirements and be able to incorporate these into your decisions.
➢ Demonstrate experience of automating processes, improving workflows, and driving
efficiencies in the customer and user journey.
➢ Have extensive experience of gathering requirements from customers, sales, the market and
translating these into insights and requirements.
➢ Love putting processes in place and collaborating with others to get things done.
➢ Be a great problem solver, with a flexible, can-do attitude, happy to put your hand to anything.
Requirements
➢ University Degree (or equivalent work experience) required, preferably in computer science or
related area.
➢ Extensive experience developing production grade software with React, Node.js, Python.
➢ Expertise in web technologies such as JavaScript and frameworks like Angular.
➢ Database experience like MySQL.
➢ Familiar with API design and specifications and XML / JSON.
➢ Android development experience (optional).
➢ Experience working in close customer collaboration paired with excellent communication skills at all levels.
➢ Proven ability to understand the big picture and quickly comprehend complex relationships in dynamic organizations.
➢ Enthusiasm for acting as team player especially when it comes to cross functional teams paired with passion to work independently, assuming holistic responsibility for the product.
➢ Structured and meticulous working style, willing to learn new things.

➢ 6+ years of working experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks like Angular / Node / React
➢ At least 2 years with Reactjs / Nodejs

➢ Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
➢ Proven track record to take features from concept/specification to complete implementation in production
➢ Attend technical requirements, design and engineering discussions and take it from concept to high quality implementation
➢ Implementing unit test scripts and reviewing results
➢ Benchmark performance metrics of critical implementation of the implementation
